Jacquie and Gayla participated in the October 13th Texas State SWIG Meeting in San Marcos. They spoke about SWIGGIS-Austin and proposed a mentoring event to the SWIG students. The SWIG students were happy and eager to collaborate on such an event (and future events) and had some interesting ideas and questions. We are hoping to hold the mentoring event early in 2012, so stayed tuned!
